1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Complaint Case No. 1612 of 2019 (Smt. Rashmi Jain Vs. Ram Naresh Soni), under Section- 138 N.I. Act, Police Station- Badshahi Naka, District- Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)/FTC Court, Kanpur Nagar.
3. The present complaint under Section 138 N.I. Act, 1881 has been filed in the month of March 2019. While no time bound direction can be issued at this stage, it is expected that the learned court below shall make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid complaint as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind the statutory stipulation of time in such matters.
4. Present 482 application stands disposed of accordingly.
