Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri P.K. Giri, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party and tendered an affidavit of the opposite party.
From a perusal of the compliance affidavit filed today, it is evident that the claim of the applicant has been duly attended to and by an order dated 7 February 2017, the name of the applicant was duly included in the list of candidates eligible for being considered for appointment. This recommendation has been duly framed and forwarded to the concerned authority.
In view thereof, nothing further survives in this petition which shall stand disposed of.
