JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Nr. Neeraj Soni, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.
Present application has been filed by the applicant for modification / changing the name of the petition as per charge sheet in order dated 02.03.2012 passed by this Court in Cri. Misc. Application No. 2759 of 2012.
Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present application is allowed in terms of para - 7(B). Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extend.
