This is an application for correction in the memo of bail application as well as order dated 12.09.2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to correct the Bail Application.
Accordingly, correction application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to incorporate the necessary correction in the memo of bail application during the course of the day and order dated 12.09.2019 is corrected as follows:
"In the third line of third paragraph of the order dated 12.09.2019, "under Sections 8/20 NDPS Act" shall be read as "under Sections 21/22 NDPS Act".
The order dated 12.09.2019 is being corrected with red ink.
