1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner prays for a direction to be issued to the sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kirtarpur, District-Bijnor to decide his representation dated 18.09.2019.
3. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to give a hearing to the respondent no.3 and 4 also while deciding the representation of the petitioner made on 18.09.2019.
4. Let the representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of three months.
