JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard. 2. It seems that sufficient conditions are not imposed by the Court below when the Court below had opted to enlarge the petitioner on bail, especially when very serious offences are involved in the matter. It seems that during investigation, the accused was absconding and was not available. Now the accused has entered appearance through his counsel. He was issued with a notice and notice has been accepted.
3. The accused is hereby directed to surrender his passport before the Court below on or before 25.11.2014. The Court below shall keep the passport till the trial is over. If the passport is not produced within the said time stipulated, his bail will stand cancelled under Section 439 -2-
O.P.(Crl.). No. 102 of 2014 (2) Cr.P.C.
In the result, this O.P.(Crl.) is allowed.
