Aggrieved by the non-disposal of Exts.P3 and P4 applications pending before the respondent, the petitioners have come up before this Court. 2. The petitioners are the registered owners of three wheelers bearing Reg.Nos.KL-10/AC 9924 and KL-10/AF 6360 respectively.

The petitioners allege that as per Exts.P1 and P2 permits, the petitioners are entitled to use their three wheelers as contract carriages on all fit roads at Malappuram except prohibited area with halt at Pookkottur and Vengara. They allege that as there are number of three wheelers now existing at Pookkottur and Vengara, there is no scope for further three wheelers there. So, the petitioners have filed WPC No.1746/2011 2 Exts.P3 and P4 statutory applications for changing the halting place of the first petitioner's vehicle from Pookkottur to Malappuram and the second petitioner's vehicle from Vengara to Malappuram respectively.
Since the limited prayer in this writ petition is for a disposal of Exts.P3 and P4 applications, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to dispose of Exts.P3 and P4 representations within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
