Petitioner had submitted Ext. P3 application before the Convenor of the Local Level Monitoring Committee seeking permission to convert 5 cents of land for construction of a residential building. The complaint of the petitioner is that despite the expiry of the period as per Rules, no action had been taken by the said authority. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid fact and after hearing the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The respondent shall consider Ext. P3 and pass appropriate orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after completing the procedure in accordance with the Rules.
