JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
This writ petition is filed seeking police protection on the allegation that 4th respondent is harassing the petitioner and threatening his family members.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the issue is with regard to certain financial transaction between the petitioner and 4th respondent. There is no law and order situation as matters stand now. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
