This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is preferred to have relief as follows:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to competent authority to complete the enquiry regarding illegal continuance on the post of Lecturer (Sociology)/Officiating Principal of aforesaid Institution and misutilization of public money in the shape of his salary and funds of the institution, and also take appropriate action in pursuance of letter/enquiry report dated 30.05.2018 submitted by Enquiry Officer/Senior Treasury Officer Ballia against respondent no.6 and other responsible officials/officers, by initiating civil as well as criminal proceedings accordingly.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(c) Award the cost of writ petition in favour of the petitioner."
From perusal of the facts averred in the petition for writ and document annexed thereto, it is apparent that an enquiry has already been initiated and that is pending consideration. We do not find any material available on record to arrive at conclusion that delay in completing enquiry is caused with any ulterior motive to extend any benefit to the respondent no.6, Sudhakar Prasad Tiwari.
In view of it, we do not find any just reason in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
