JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous, since the suit before the trial Court has been decreed and so the revision petitions may be dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission and the endorsement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
