An application was filed in a matrimonial dispute to issue direction for medical examination of the respondent by a Gynaecologist of a Government Hospital and to pass orders. The said application was returned as not maintainable. The Sub-Court, Neyveli is directed to number the said I.A. if it is otherwise in order and decide the same on merits about the maintainability of the application. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.
