Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 27 of 2014 on the file of the Seethanagaram Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, East Godavari District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the Memo of Grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Shanmukha Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following
ORDER :-
“The petitioner is A1. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed matrimonial offences. He is said to be working as Secondary Grade Teacher in a Mandal Praja Parishad School at Pedavangalapudi, Seethanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District. In view of the nature of the allegations and the calling of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
