1. Undisputedly, pursuant to the impugned mutation entries a sale deed has already been executed by the private respondents in favour of third party.
2. In view of the above, mutation proceedings which are summary proceedings not affecting the title, do not warrant any further interference. Needless to clarify that the impugned orders would remain subservient to the title issue for which the petitioners may avail appropriate remedies.
3. Present petition stands dismissed accordingly.
