Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the respondent No.3 namely the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Badaun to consider and decide his written explanation dated 20.6.2018 which this Court thinks is appropriate.
Hence, the authority concerned is directed to pass order and decide the explanation dated 20.6.2018 on or before 30.9.2018. If, by that time, the same is not decided, the petitioner has right to get this matter revived.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
