(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present petition is filed by one Shri Ransingh Badrisingh Rajput seeking relief to the effect that a similar order as is passed in Special Civil Application No.18659 of 2007 be passed in this matter.
It is reported by the learned Advocates for the parties that the present petitioner-Shri Ransingh Badrisingh Rajput was also a party in mediation proceedings and he is also the signatory to the settlement arrived at between the parties and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this matter.
The petition is disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged. No costs.
It is reported that learned Advocate Mr.M.A.Parekh for the petitioner has filed sick note. However, he has instructed learned Advocate Mr.Viral K.Shah to make the aforesaid statement.
