The aspect, as to whether other respondents are required to be joined or not, will be considered on the next day. Learned counsel Mr. Kavina states that attempts will be made to produce original agreement to sell between the original owner of the premises and the company, and cancellation of such Banakhat, if any. He further states that in case if, it is not possible to produce both the documents, then, at least, whichever document is available with the appellants, the same will be produced.
Mr.
Desai states that he will be able to find out whether the company has got title over the said property from available documents on record.
