Heard Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
Present petition has been filed with following prayers:-
a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of the petitioners as husband and wife.
b. Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
C. Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
