Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet dated 15.2.2015 as well as the entire proceedings in S.T. No. 95 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 343 of 2015, under Sections- 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(Gha), 3(1) (Cha) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Bhaluwani, District- Deoria.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has been falsely implicated by the police under the alleged sections.
In that view of the matter, they are permitted to move discharge application through counsel before the trial Court within three weeks from today and the trial court shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of filing of application alongwith certified copy of this order.
Till the discharge application is decided, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicants.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
