JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 38
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 14876 of 2019 Petitioner :- Smt. Ranjna Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Hitesh Pachori Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Petitioner is aggrieved by her transfer vide order dated 11.7.2019, as also the consequential relieving order dated 16.8.2019, whereby she has been sent from from Agra to Firozabad. The order of transfer is assailed on the ground that the petitioner's son is a student of Class-XII and in terms of the transfer policy, petitioner ought to have been kept out of the routine transfer. It is also submitted that the petitioner's husband is posted at Etah and it would be difficult for the petitioner to look after her family affairs in such circumstances. Prayer is made to allow the petitioner to continue on her present place of posting only for present academic session.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2, alongwith certified copy of this order, in support of her claim, within a period of ten days from today. The claim of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned and an appropriate order would be passed within a further period of six weeks, in accordance with law and keeping in view the transfer policy.
