The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Case No. 4833 of 2013, arising out of Case Crime No. 679 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. ACt, Police Station Kotwali, District Maharajganj pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj, expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
