Ranjitsinh vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|15 March, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Sanjay D.Suthar, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the detailed representation of the petitioner has been rejected by a totally unreasoned order by the Competent Authority and Additional Collector, only on the ground that a writ petition filed by another person, to which the petitioner was not a party, has been rejected. It is submitted that the said petition has not been rejected on merits and, in any case, the petitioner had nothing to do with the said petition. It is further contended that the petitioner is still in possession of the land in question. That, the impugned order, which is an unreasoned one, does not deal with any of the contentions raised by the petitioner.
Issue Notice returnable on 16.04.2012.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
