The applicant-convict has appeared before this Court and stated that the parole is granted to him by this Court and the parole is required to be extended for the purpose of cultivating his farm.
It appears from the order dated 29.03.2012, passed by this Court in Special Criminal Application No.953 of 2012, the applicant-convict has been released on furlough leave for the period of 14 days, whereas in the present application, the applicant has sought for extension of parole. Thus, the relief sought for by the applicant-convict is not appropriate and hence, deserves dismissal.
In view of the above present application is dismissed.
