In spite of notice and detailed order having been passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Justice Abhilasha Kumari) on 15.03.2012, a notice was issued and made returnable on 16.04.2012. But neither the Affidavit is filed nor any details are brought on record of this petition. Hence, respondent No.2 is directed to depute an officer of the level of Additional Collector to remain present before this Court with original records pertaining to the land in question on 18.07.2012.
