1. On 28th December 2011, order was passed recording below mentioned aspects and directions:
"1.
The order dated 26.12.2011 has not been complied with.
2. Very disturbing information has been placed before the Court viz. learned AGP Mr. Dharmesh Gurjar has not conveyed the order to the District Collector nor to the office of the Government Pleader and has not taken any action to comply the order dated 26.12.2011. But for the said information the Court would have been proceeded to issue appropriate summons to the District Collector for having failed to remain present despite the order dated 26.12.2011.
3. As a last chance the proceedings are adjourned to 29.12.2011. Mr. Hathi, learned AGP has submitted that he shall take necessary steps to comply the direction contained in the order dated 26.12.2011.

2. Thereafter the respondent No.2 - Collector has not placed any details on record and learned A.G.P. is also without any reply or explanation. Mr. H.K.Patel, learned A.G.P. has submitted that he does not have any papers and/or instructions. Since, despite the last opportunity having been granted vide order dated 28.12.2011 with clarification and specific direction, since the orders have not been complied despite the specific assurance/statement by learned A.G.P., it is directed that the respondent No.2 - Collector shall remain present in the Court tomorrow i.e. on 24th January 2012.
3. Mr.
H.K.Patel, learned A.G.P. has been instructed to convey the respondent No.2 - Collector today itself to remain present tomorrow in the Court. In default, the Court may be compelled to issue appropriate directions against the respondent No.2 - Collector. S.O. to 24.01.2012.
