JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks regular bail from this Court under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the second time. He has been in judicial custody since 23.1.2014. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 457, 461 and 380 IPC. It is reported that he is involved in so many crimes of similar nature. His first application filed as B.A.No.2705/2014 was rejected by this Court on 6.5.2014, however with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case within four months. Without stating any special reason for a second application, the accused filed this application on 11.6.2014.
2. On hearing both sides I find that this second application cannot be entertained, when the first one stands rejected for sufficient reasons. In case any delay occurs during trial, the petitioner can very well approach this Court for appropriate reliefs. Once having taken a decision that the B.A No.4377 of 2014 2 petitioner cannot be released in the particular circumstances, his second application cannot be considered by the Court. However he will be at liberty to approach this Court in case expeditious trial as directed by this Court is delayed.
With the above observation this petition is rejected.
