The above writ petition is filed challenging the re-issue of Identity Cards as also the action of the respondent Society in re- calling the Identity Cards issued under Section 6A of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. It is submitted by both sides that an election was conducted and a new Managing Committee is already in Office. 2. If an Election Petition has been filed in accordance with law and within the time stipulated, then the contentions of the petitioners are left open to be urged in the Election Petition.

The writ petition is closed without prejudice.
