1. This application has been filed for extension of parole leave granted to the convict prisoner by this Court vide order dated 11-4-2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No.1022 of 2012.
2. It appears that the applicant is in jail since last more than thirteen years. As per the jail report, whenever he was released, he surrendered in time.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Parole leave granted to the convict prisoner by this Court vide order dated 11-4-2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No.1022 of 2012 is extended for a period of fifteen days on the same terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over. Direct service is permitted.
