The present petition has been filed with the prayer for mandamus commanding the respondent namely Board of Revenue to deicde the pending revision No.67 of 2015 (Uttam Singh Vs. Raneet Singh & others). A perusal of the memo of revision shows taht the petitioner is one of opposite party in the pending revision.

Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Member, (Judicial), Board of Revenue, U.P., Circut Court, Meerut to make an endeavour to decide the revision no.67 of 2015 (Uttam Singh Vs. Raneet Singh & others), expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary to either of the parties.
