JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to have O.P.1350 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha.
2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent fell into disarray and that gave rise to the litigations. Ultimately the respondent instituted O.P.1350 of 2013 before the Family Court, Mavelikara for restitution of conjugal rights. Several facts are mentioned in the petition which are not relevant for the purpose of this transfer application.
3. According to the petitioner, she finds it difficult to travel to Mavelikara to attend the court on all posting dates as she is a resident of Alappuzha and therefore she prays that Tr.P.(C).563/2013. 2 the matter may be transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha. It is pointed out that the respondent does not suffer any inconvenience by having the matter transferred to Alappuzha.
4. Even though the respondent has entered appearance, no objection is seen raised from the side of the respondent. Moreover, it is pointed out that the respondent is working abroad.
5. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court finds no reason to reject the prayer.
This petition is allowed and O.P. 1350 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha.
