Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. as well as perused records.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he shall be file an application for discharge which may be considered by the Court below.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to move discharge application on behalf of petitioner. In case discharge application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Court below in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
