The case of the petitioner is that he was given Kisan Credit Card and only spend Rs. 20,000/- and now the Bank has issued a notice to deposit the amount of Rs. 1,62,507/- along with interest.
According to the petitioner, he was not given bank statement and has further prays that he may be given opportunity of submitting representation for redressal of his grievance.
Sir Jitendra, learned counsel for the respondent -Bank has no objection to his prayer.
Petitioner is given liberty to file a representation along with a certified copy of this order ventilating his grievance.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to decide the representation in accordance with law applicable in such matters.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
