On the matter being taken up today, Shri M.N. Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party has placed on record the order dated 21.8.2019 passed by the Registrar of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra and as such, the order of the writ Court has been complied with. The order is taken on record.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
