Learned counsel has requested that direction may be given to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the complaint case and accordingly, the application may be disposed.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel application is disposed of with the direction to learned Magistrate to expedite the disposal of the complaint case preferably within a period of six months.
With the aforesaid direction this application is disposed of.
