JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there is a general allegations of throwing stones at the police party in which one Home-guard is said to have been injured and FIR had been lodged against the applicants and 9 other co- accused..
It is further submitted that the co accused Smt. Chandrawati and Raghubeer Singh have been granted bail in Case crime no.149 of 2009 by this Court on 27-10-2009 and 11-11-2009 in Bail Application No.26152 of 2009 and 28787 of 2009 respectively. It is further submitted that the case of the applicants stands on the same footing and claimed parity. They are in jail since 29-10- 2009 and have got no other criminal history.
Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused ,severity of punishment and submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for bail Let the applicants Ranjeet Singh, Kali Charan, Raju @ Mnavendra and Shiv Kumar involved in Case crime no.149 of 2009 under sections 147,332,353,323,504,506, 307 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 7(i)(x) SC/ST Act Police Station Pachokhera district Firozabad be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
