This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for the expeditious disposal of an appeal filed by the petitioner. The order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited has not been filed.
Under the circumstances, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto the entire order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
