The present anticipatory bail application initially was registered as case crime no.30 of 2021, under Section 394 IPC, P.S. Reoti, District Ballia.
Keeping in view the long criminal history of 13 cases of the applicant,, I am no inclined to exercise power under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the applicant, accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby rejected.
