JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard.
The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.172 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Ramkot, District Sitapur.
On a bare perusal of the First Information Report, it cannot be said at this stage that no cognizable offence is made out, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed but without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners in the pending investigation. It is always open for the petitioners to avail the remedies available under Sections 438/439 Cr.P.C.
