The applicant-original accused of Sessions Case No.265 of 2006 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 372, 376 and 114 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 5, 6(1)(B) and 6(2)(A) of the Immoral Traffic Act has filed present application for temporary bail through jail on the ground of 'Ana (Jiyana)' ceremony of her daughter. Therefore, she has prayed to release her on bail for temporary period of 20 (twenty) days.

From the contents of the application I do not find any substance in the case. Hence this application stands dismissed.
