Ranjanben vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|27 January, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

BELOW OFFICE NOTE The learned counsel for the petitioners Mr.Shailesh Parikh states that after the order, he had immediately filed the note for speaking to minutes for insertion of Special Civil Application No.7488 of 1992 which was simultaneously heard but the number was not included in the title. But since the papers were not traceable, office did not list the note for speaking to minutes for appropriate order. The said note is taken on record with the subsequent note filed by him on 15.04.2010.
It appears that at para 1 of the judgment, there is reference to both the petitions and everywhere, there is reference to petitions.
Under the circumstances, it appears that by typographical error, the number of Special Civil Application No.7488 of 1992 has not been included.
Hence, correction be carried out accordingly. Office note disposed of accordingly.
