JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned Advocate for petitioner has submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has, despite repeated requests, remained unattended. The learned counsel also submitted that authorities have not taken any decision and have not conveyed any decision to the petitioner with reference to the representation made by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the request that the representation may be decided at the earliest.
2. Having regard to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with below mentioned observations:
3. The competent authority may take into account the representation made by the petitioner and take necessary and appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and within two weeks from receipt of certified copy of present order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of at the request of learned advocate for the petitioner.
