Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in ST No.115 of 2012 arising out of case crime no.115/12 u/s 302,394,120B, 411 IPC PS Sikandara District Agra.
Looking to the testimony of PW-2 Devashish and PW-4 Dr. Vishnu Rawat and also looking to the recovery, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected at this stage.
However, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the hearing of the appeal is expedited within one year under Chapter-VIII Rule 33A of the Rules of Court.
Let the paper book be prepared within two months from today and thereafter appeal be listed for hearing before appropriate Bench.
