Petitioner wants consideration of his claim for engagement as Panchayat Sahayak cum Data Entry Operator in Gram Panchayat Hariram Patti alias Katnai, Block Bahariya, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagarj. It stated that in terms of clause 13 of the Government Order dated 25.07.2021 the petitioner is entitled to preference in the matter of such engagement since his father-in-law has died due to Covid-19. Moreover, clause 10(vi) provides that engagement so made ultimately has to be approved by the Committee chaired by the District Magistrate.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that all such issues can be examined by the respondent no.2, at the first instance.
Petitioner is, therefore, permitted to represent her grievance before respondent no.2 alongwith a copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim. Respondent no.2 shall examine the issue and after affording opportunity to the Gram Panchayat and any other aggrieved person shall pass necessary order in respect of petitioner's claim, within a period of three months, thereafter.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
