Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 2534 of 2012 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondent within the specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that at present the matter is fixed for final arguments/settlement of the dispute between the parties through mediation.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction that, in case the suit could not be decided through mediation, the trial court shall proceed to decide the suit on merits expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
