Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 2577 of 2011 (Manorama Awasthi vs. Ranjana Tiwari) instituted by the respondent against the petitioner within the specified time frame.
The petitioner is defendant in the suit. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the parties have already led their evidence, however, the matter is not being decided finally.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
