On the basis of instructions received, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been awarded average marks in the computer examination.
Sri Shachindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the true copy of the marks-sheet may be provided to the petitioner.
The respondent No.2-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority U.P. Allenganj Allahabad U.P. is directed to provide a certified copy of marks-sheet of the petitioner for the IIIrd Semester Examination of the B.T.C.-2015 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
