Heard learned counsel for the applicant,learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a suitable direction to the Additional Court, Varanasi to consider and decide the Case No. 1714 of 2018 (Smt. Ranjana Mishra Vs. Rashmit Tripathi) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Badagaon, District Varanasi, as expeditiously as possible.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Court, Varanasi to consider and decide the Case No. 1714 of 2018 (Smt. Ranjana Mishra Vs. Rashmit Tripathi) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Badagaon, District Varanasi, most expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case, the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
