1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners who have married out of their own sweet will and against their parents' wishes.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 10.11.2018 at Markande Mahadev Mandir, Rajwadi, Varanasi. They have also applied and got their marriage registered.
3. A supplementary affidavit bringing on record, the certificate of registration of marriage has been filed today.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Adalhat, District-Mirzapur who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
