Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to quash the Government Order dated 24.02.2021 and 24.03.2021 issued by the State Government.
On 26.11.2021 following order was passed:
"It is admitted between the parties that in identical matters judgement has already been reserved.
Put up this matter as fresh on 17.12.2021."
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by learned counsel for the parties that controversy involved in the matter has already been decided by a co- ordinate Bench in a bunch of writ petitions being leading petition,Writ A No. 5913 of 2021 (Vikash Tiwari and others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) vide its judgement and order dated 14.12.2021 by which the petitions were dismissed.
Since the controversy involved in the present petition is identical to the aforesaid writ petition, therefore, the present writ petition is also dismissed in the aforesaid terms.
