Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is a widow and daughter-in-law of the informant respondent no.3, Janardan Prasad. The husband of the petitioner no.1 has died and thereafter the informant respondent no.3 is continuously harassing and torturing her and has lodged first information report no. 0408 of 2021 dated 6.7.2021 under section 147, 323, 504, 354, 392 IPC with the sole intent to further harass the petitioner no.1 and oust her from her matrimonial house.
Learned AGA prays for and is allowed a week's time to obtained instructions.
Put up as a fresh case before the appropriate Bench on 30th September, 2021.
